Filing schedule for State Employees

Not all State Employees are required to file reports with the Commission. Before filing, please check the related information pages in this section of the Commission website to determine if you are required to file any of the following forms.

Personal Financial Disclosure Statement =   File between January 1 and July 1 of each year that the State Employee holds office

Affidavit of a Public Officer = File before January 31 of each year that the State Employee holds office

State Business Transaction Report = File before January 31 of each year that the State Employee holds office, when the State Employee has engaged in business transactions with the State that trigger the filing requirement

Lobbyist Reports = file according to lobbyist reporting schedule
