Which State Employees have filing responsibilities under the Act?

A few categories of State Employees are required to file reports with the Commission, according to the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Act.
It should be noted that this is not a comprehensive listing of ALL employee disclsoure responsibilities under Georgia law and additional information may be found with your agency human resource section or the Office of the Attorney General.
