Are There Other Responsibilities for State Employees Regarding Disclosures??

Maybe. The Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Act is not the only statute that may contain disclosure requirements for State Employees within the Georgia Code.
Each state agency and local government may have their own additional requirements- this webpage does not contain a comprehensive listing of ALL employee disclosure responsibilities under Georgia law and you should consult your agency human resource section, legal department or the Office of the Attorney General to ascertain any further disclosure requirements.
