Dismissal Order

This matter came before the State Ethics Commission for a preliminary hearing on August 17, 2010, pursuant to the filing of a sworn written complaint, and the Commission having determined that there are not reasonable grounds to believed the that Ethics in Government Act has been violated.

SO ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
