How does a Non Candidate Committee obtain a PIN and Filer ID to file electronically?

In order for a Non-Candidate Committee to obtain a PIN and Filer ID to file electronically, its chairperson or treasurer must complete, notarize and submit the CCDR PIN application for Non-Candidates [1].
A FilerID and Password/PIN required for electronic filing will be sent via email upon receipt of the PIN application by the Commission.
