When to Pay Lobbyist Registration Fees

The initial $300 lobbyist registration fee must be paid at or near the time of initial registration. The lobbyist registration will not be processed until/unless proper payment is received.

The $10 supplemental registration fee to add a lobbying client must be paid at the time that the supplemental form is submitted.

The $20 lobbyist badge fee must be paid before the lobbyist badge is issued. Lobbyists must renew their badges each year. The badge fee can be included with the initial registration fee or paid before picking up the badge. All lobbyist badges must be picked up in person.
