[cfchead]Vendor Gift[/cfchead]
A vendor gift is defined as a gratuity, subscription, membership, trip, meal, loan, extension of credit, forgiveness of debt, advance or deposit of money, or anything of value given by a “vendor”, either directly or through another person, to one or more public employees. In the event that any one vendor gives gifts with a total aggregate value of $250.00 or more during any calendar year, he/she will be required to file a Vendor Gift Disclosure Report.
