This matter came before the State Ethics Commission for a preliminary hearing on December 4, 2008, pursuant to the opening of a probable cause investigation, and the Commission having determined that there are not reasonable grounds to believe that the Ethics in Government Act has been violated, SO ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
