Consent Order

At the May 22, 2008 Meeting, the State Ethics Commission found reasonable grounds to believe that Respondent Sandy White committed violations of the Ethics in Government Act (Act) and referred this matter to the Attorney General’s Office for prosecution at an administrative hearing. Prior to such a hearing, Respondent agrees to resole this matter by way of Consent Order.
