Lobbyists for a State Agency

Lobbyists for a State Agency (as opposed to State Agency level lobbyists) are subject to all of the same rules, regulations and fees as any other lobbyist, under the Act.

During Lobbyist registration, Lobbyists for a State Agency should submit a copy of their authorization to lobby on agency letterhead, to be exempted from having to pay registration fees. However, lobbyists for a State Agency must still pay the $20 badge fee at registration.
