How is a Non Candidate Committee formed?

Political Action Committee [1]: PACs only have to register with the Commission and file CCDRs after the PAC has made $25,000 of contributions and/or expenditures (in the aggregate) within Georgia.Â

Independent Committees [3]:Â Independent Committees must register with the Commission prior to collecting any contributions or making any expenditures. Â
Â
Ballot Committee: [4] Ballot Committees must register with the Commission immediately, but do not have to file CCDRs until the Ballot Committee has made contributions and/or expenditures (in the aggregate) of $500 or more.Â
Â
Recall Committee [5]:Â Recall Committees must register with the Commission prior to collecting any contributions or making expenditures.
