Form RO (Registration for a Campaign Committee Other than Candidate)

A Form RO must be filed with the Commission in order to register organizations, committees or persons (whether located within or outside the State of Georgia) that intend to receive money or spend money relative to: 1. Supporting candidates seeking elected office in Georgia, 2. Seeking or opposing the recall of a public officer holding elective office in Georgia, 3. Influencing voter approval or rejection of a proposed constitutional amendment, a statewide referendum or a proposed ballot question in any county or municipal election.
