[cfchead]Commission Meeting[/cfchead]
Commission meetings are held at the call of the chairperson or whenever any two members so request, provided adequate notice is given to the commission members and the public in accordance with the Open Meetings Law. The purpose of such meeting is to exercise the powers and perform the duties of the commission as set forth in the Campaign Finance Act. A majority of the members of the commission constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
