Are the executive director and members of each state board, commission or authority required to file a Personal Financial Disclosure Statement?

S.B. 17 (passed in 2010, effective 1/10/2011) changed the provision that had previously required the executive director and members of boards, commissions and authorities to file a Personal Financial Disclosure Statement.

However, as of 2011, the executive director and members of each state board, authority or commission must file an Affidavit with the Commission stating that he/she did not take any official action from which he/she derived personal gain.
