This matter came before the State Ethics Commission for a preliminary hearing on December 4, 2008, pursuant to the opening of a probable cause investigation , and the Commission having determined that there are not reasonable grounds to believe that the Ethics in Government Act has been violated, SO ORDERED that his case be dismissed.
