When to file Vendor Gift Disclosures?

When to file Vendor Gift Disclosures?

Each Vendor Gift Disclosure report should be filed on or before February 1, for the preceding calendar year.
i.e. Vendor gift disclosure reports for gifts given from 1/1/2012 through 12/31/2012, should be filed on or before 2/1/2012.
