Consequences of late filing/ failure to file Vendor Gift Disclosures?

LATE-FILED VENDOR GIFT DISCLOSURES
1-14 days after the due date of the Vendor Gift Disclosure = a filing fee of $50.00 shall be imposed for each report that is filed late.
15 + days after the due date of the Vendor Gift Disclosure = additional filing fee of $25.00 shall be imposed, if the report has still not been filed ($75.00 total).
FAILURE TO FILE VENDOR GIFT DISCLOSURES
Any person who knowingly fails to comply with or knowingly violates this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
